SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be charged a 15% re-stock fee unless the computer has defective hardware that has been confirmed by our service technicians upon arrival back to our facility.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
